Rehabilitation of the company’s rolling stock, with priority given to the rehabilitation and reliability of its diesel electric locomotives.
Supply of spare parts and components necessary for the rehabilitation of their fleet of German HENSCHEL EMD locomotives which had been put into service in the early 1980s.
Train, for 1 month, a delegation of 12 engineers and heads of departments from the IRR to upgrade their knowledge of maintenance rules for diesel-electric locomotives and for the air-conditioning of passenger coaches.
